    yeah no kidding lol. If the picture was bigger, it would have been easier. I didnt wanna mess with the quality so I kept it that size.

    Open the pic, make a new layer, select the eyes with the lasso, fill the selection with color and set the layerstyle "color" ( hope it`s the right name in the english ps version).
