This is awesome. It's basically beef that you put on some very long fork and fry it in boiling oil.

 

Then there are lots of typical bourguignonne sauces that goes with it.

I am grill, not fry. Only sometimes potatoes, sometimes eggs, some onion fryes and croquetas 🥴

 

I am not sauces fan. I am healthier and light than a lot of people think.
