I've seen other shots from that photo shoot out of U.S Vogue, but those are different. It was vintagemagazines.com/newebay - it had a lot of out-takes and never-published photos from fashion photographers (such as Penn and Avedon). Those photos look like Avedon, but I'm not an expert. I posted one similar pic on the Cindy Crawford thread. the rest of the Rachel scans are from OMifan9 on thefashionspot.com (that woman has the most amazing collection of fashion magazines and books I've ever seen)
