It is better in morning time when you are active than in night before sleep.

The idea that if you have eaten hundreds of extra calories (eg. 600-300) the day before you skip breakfast the next day as the body already has excess glucose stored in the body (liver, muscles etc.)

So this excess should be enough to skip meal 1 of the day or at least half it.  So by the next day you are back on track again.

The BEST IS eat less and light the day after, the body Says It too. I have my constant diet, maybe always same but I do some excess in chocolats or chips and the day after my body wants to do more exercise or activity. The worst is when you study and cannot do more activity, I remember I changed my caffeine in diet and exercises to have fast metabolism

Well really I use to take more teone than caffeine, It is true 😅

tea has very little caffeine compared to coffee.

In my opinion coffee should be minimized and not used to stay skinny.  It can cause anxiety and disturb the sleep.

I think the high fiber approach works better (oats, certain large high fiber fruits like watermelon and peaches)

I only drink coffee in minimal quantity only some mornings. In Spain is not the same as another countries, although now some establisments are adopting big measurements. I prefer red tea. In the middle of the morning, if I am not in.physical  activity, some tea or Nestea is good. After lunch, too, but I never finish my cup.  I sleep very well, 8-10 hours at day since 2012 😁

Tea is fine as the caffeine is much lower.

I drink coffee in the summer and coffee & tea in the rest of the year.  I am addicted to caffeine but only at a moderate degree.  I consume 300-400 mg of caffeine first thing in the morning and then 'recharge' with 100 mg once or twice for the rest of the day.  So approx. 600-500 mg a day.

In the US people drink a lot of strong coffee, an excessive amount.  It is unhealthy.  A lot of people diet by using coffee to control their hunger.  They will drink far more than I do.  Maybe twice or more.

The worst of caffeine is you can be hungrier and nervous, and bad character. I think It is better learn to take less quantity, have routine, and never in night if you are not working.

But I think It is better take tea, caffeine than be adict to alcohol, tobacco or another ones.

Medicine, if doctor say It. A lot of people don't want to take medicines but they should.

I weighed myself for the first time in over 1 year. I am 153.5 pounds (69.6 KG) in the morning, before eating and drinking.

4 weeks later:  157 pounds in similar conditions, so I gained 3 1/2 pounds with only slightly worse habits.
