I have my constant diet, maybe always same but I do some excess in chocolats or chips and the day after my body wants to do more exercise or activity. In my opinion coffee should be minimized and not used to stay skinny. It can cause anxiety and disturb the sleep. In Spain is not the same as another countries, although now some establisments are adopting big measurements. I prefer red tea. In the middle of the morning, if I am not in.physical activity, some tea or Nestea is good. After lunch, too, but I never finish my cup.
