Time for me to lose weight again.  I think I need to lose 8-10 pounds.

 

diet day

 

meal 1:  550 calories

 

snack 200 calories

 

meal 2: 350 -450 calories 

 

snack 200 calories

 

 

 

day with cooking

 

meal 1: 550 calories

 

meal 2: Full meal

 

Snack: 200 calories
