Cult Icon Posted July 12, 2017 Share Posted July 12, 2017 I've been trying to lose 10-15 pounds all year (I gained 15 in the summer/fall of 2016) and the progress has been stagnant b/c there are too many social eating opportunities that force my hand. I have decided to replace my 6 bowls of oatmeal a week with a low calorie meat broth. There's no where else left for me to cut (without getting hungry). These 6 bowls of oatmeal were easily around 1,100 calories a week. I don't think they satiated me very much, as I only consume quick oats. 3 weeks of this is a pound...
