Had an incredibly stressful 6 1/2 week period.  I lost some weight, and got more lean, to the point where my stomach was completely tight.  Stress reduced my appetite a lot.

 

But the stressful phase is over and my appetite returned.  I overate 6 days in a row!  Need to recalibrate my diet from now on.

Still in good shape, never miss a workout.  Would like to lose 5 pounds to hit the ideal.  I am on camera a lot now and have to look as good as possible.

 

However I think I gained 1.5-2 pounds during the holidays  11/12 which isn't noticeable but should go.

I still the same, nearly anorexia, too stress. 49.4 is not ok, I prefer 49.8 kgs

 

I trainned my body, is burning calories faster thsn years sgo.

52 kgs, too fat to my 164 cm, still a diet. Better in my 49.90

51.9 eating too much these last days, but ok. Back to 50 kgs with long walks

4/18/23:

 

Still in good shape but I think i probably gained 4 pounds without noticing.  A slight increase in body fat.  Need to be more careful going forward.

I win 2 kgs, hope lose them in this weekend. Since back hurting on clothes shop, I was bad and eating too much. Now better. Tomorrow beach.

Sometimes IS not simple, when you are in stress situations, studying, working and have more in head, sometimes IS hard have rutines, but not impossible, and walking IS always good exercises. And eat better... But sometimes food IS better than some lovers... But be in equilibrium, the must 🥳

In office job, I should do more restrictions with diet and do more exercise time out of this. Summer is good time to start to eat less chocolates and take more juicies. I am glad not like alcohol, only drink some cups of champagne cava in some occasions and It takes more benefits than wine, beer or another liquors. Well, lose 2 kgs and mainteance IS one of new objectives.

 

 

False alarme, but good mainteance, 51.5 KGS. Now eating more proteines. I hope I can do donation blood Next June 🤗😼💪🏻🤞🏻

In June did donation blood, 52 KGS and ok, and now in anemia treatment. 51.5kgs, waiting lose until 50 KGS this week.

Every time i have creeping weight gain, it occurs in the period of spring-summer when my metabolism slows down due to weather.  In general I eat a bit less in the summer too!

Well, techno music, walk, positive thought and do Detox cans help in fast metabolism!

51.7 KGS

 

It is ok, but this is true when I win Weight I feel too heavy. Hope this week back to 50- 49, less no.

I lost fat in the past 3 weeks as it was extremely hot (circa 100 degrees) and my appetite really dropped.  I have more definition around my mid-section.   I am almost at the optimal weight.    I just have to continue paying more attention to what I'm eating.

A very old trick I've been using is to delay eating anything in the morning until lunchtime whenever I overeat on the day before.  It works.

It is better in morning time when you are active than in night before sleep.
