Just now I could watch the commercial, haha, cool and fun. Loved the part where Leo and Robert are fighting to get Marty's attention and than Leo says: Excuse me, I did 5 movies with him, and than Robert says, Oh I did 8... haha.    Leo says something like that was long ago...   :nicole:  And Robert saying Leo's beard looks terrible, lol.      The Pitt part was fun too, his lines and Martin facial expression... lol.

Did you met him once? You're luck already! But even better if you can see him again. :hehe: So luck to you!

I met him at the Wolf of Wall Street premiere in Paris :)

Apparently he will speak at the conference on December 5th I'm wondering if he will walk like he did last year in New York

Leo is looking so handsome, omg  Thx for all the amazing pics and clips oxford and Barbie :flower:

Thx Calibi for sharing "The Audition" Clip. I liked it, so funny. Would love to see Leo and Robert De Niro working again together. So for this brief cameo Brad got the same money as Leo and the others???

Adorable one

I would really like to know what's Leo thinking here

Thank you all so much for the updates! Leo looks good, though kind of tired in some pics. Also looking quite slender!

New from Empire Mag December issue, I guess there might be more images inside? I see Lukas!

The-Revenant-still.jpg

If Hollywood scuttlebutt is to believed, The Revenant’s wintry shoot was an anguished time littered with the souls of the damned, where the crew members looked like Jack Torrance at the end of The Shining and even the on-set snowmen were chain-smoking. “Hellish” is a word that’s often associated with those snowbound months. But as Apocalypse Now and Fitzcarraldo prove, from even the most arduous and remote shoots can come majestic movies. Judging by all we’ve seen so far – including this beautiful, widescreen new still from the film - Alejandro González Iñárritu’s survival epic has every chance of joining them in the canon of greats.

Making great art can require big sacrifices, and as Empire discovers in the new issue, Iñárritu demanded plenty of his cast and crew along the way. “It was an extremely challenging shoot,” he tells us in the warmer climes of his Santa Monica offices. The conditions were hardly conducive to swift filmmaking. “People get sick, or the cameras shut down because of the cold, or you get so frozen you cannot move your fucking feet,” he remembers. "Everything takes triple time.”

Also suffering for his art was Leonardo DiCaprio as a wounded, abandoned fur trapped called Hugh Glass. Left to die by his fellows (Tom Hardy and Will Poulter), Glass must deal with his wounds, some peckish wildlife and a hostile wilderness peopled by hostile Native Americans of the kind orchestrating the assault pictured above.

In Empire’s new issue - onsale tomorrow - we celebrate the audacity of the Mexican director’s vision. To shoot with only available light and brave temperatures that dropped to -40 takes the kind of chutzpah you’d only find in the kind of man who’d send Michael Keaton into Times Square in his underpants. Luckily, Iñárritu is that man.

Wonder if Leo is in Delhi as I type , as with time difference it is already early Thursday 29th morning there I%20dont%20know.gif

If he does go there next, hope we get some pix from his visit (Y)

DiCaprio and crew are expected in Delhi on October 29 for four days. The government, say sources in the Ministry of External Affairs, has already cleared the application for filming.

Jade

Thanks for more Macau pix , and agree that Leo looks very handsome/hot in recent Macau pix :woot:

Kat

Tks for Esquire/Revenant article and news that they will have an article concerning the movie in next issue :)

Like you mentioned , I do wonder what magazine cover we will see Leo on in December I%20dont%20know.gif

As to Audition commercial, as we know Leo, Robert, Brad , and Marty have all done commercials in the past , and I don't see any difference in Leo doing a commercial for a casino versus for a liquor, car, cellphone .

Lots of actors /actresses do commercials/ voice overs now , so I think the industry/general public's attitude about an actor doing a commercial has changed .

Plus , as Los Angeles Times pointed out all parties involved having a business/working relationship with James Packer that goes beyond a commercial , a relation that benefits them in their other movie pursuits /eco causes .

Lastly , what I liked about the commercial was the fact that in their banter they included the things they know people are always commenting about in internet forums , is their any 'tension' between Leo and Robert due to Leo being Marty's muse of late , the web comments about Leo's huge beard , that Brad is a mechanical actor who has gotten by on his pretty boy looks, etc.

Well I guess I just thought in the begining it was a short film set in the Casino, but it seemed like more of just a really long Casino commerical advertising the casino. Which I know they have all done ads int eh past, etc. but they tried to sell this as a short film/art piece, when its just basically a long commercial with some funny moments as a sort of favor to James Packer. :/
