Ryan Gosling, Zac Efron and Leonardo DiCaprio have all met with Disney for roles in Star Wars: Episode VII, according to a new report.

Latino Review claims that DiCaprio was ruled out following his meeting, but Efron and Gosling are still in the running.

Leonardo DiCaprio Interested in Robotech Movie?

 

Rumor has it that Leonardo DiCaprio has been approached about starring in Warner Bros. long-gestating Robotech movie.

 
What lends some credence to the rumor is that DiCaprio is old pals with Tobey Maguire, who is producing the Robotech movie and starred opposite Leo in The Great Gatsby.
Latino-Review claims Leo "wants to do" Robotech enough that he turned down a role in Star Wars: Episode VII to pursue it. Nick Mathieu was hired earlier this year to direct Robotech.
Robotech is based on the popular 1980s anime series. "Robotechnology" refers to the scientific advances discovered in an alien spacecraft that crashed on a South Pacific island. Using this technology, Earth constructs huge transformable mechs to battle three successive alien invasions.

Tks for pix , but where and when are the 2nd set of pix suppose to be from ?

As the tweeter who said he saw Leo at Universal yesterday posted the first set of pix, and you can see Leo is in totally different clothes than the 2nd set you posted , so those pix with Leo in white shirt /black shorts don't seem to be from same time frame

As to soundtracks: personally I liked the Gatsby soundtrack and look forward to the one for Wolf of Wall Street

I'm a fan of all the Leo/Scorsese film soundtracks

Thanks for the info. He's been attached to so many projects, so it's nice to know which one's he has passed on.

So what other possible projects are still floating in the air? The Devil In The White City, Live By Night, Mean Streets, and the RoboTech movie? Any that I'm missing?

Yeah, those ones and Rasputin as well. But this RoboTech... IDK, don't look like something Leo would do, not his type of movie but we will see.
