Anilgouveia Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 Toby Maguire is unrecognisable as he puts himself through an energetic beach workout with Carey Mulligan Most celebrities are keen to look their best and work out hard to do so. But Toby Maguire appeared to be pushing himself to the limit yesterday as he ran sprints on the beach in Bondi, Syndey, where he is currently filming The Great Gatsby. The 36-year-old usually baby faced actor was hardly recognisable as he put himself through a gruelling work out on the sand as his family sat nearby. Quote
oxford25 Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 Another Leo twitter sighting. It is 12:42 am in wee Sunday morning hours there, so , maybe, he is at a club. brittweckertBritt WeckertJust hanging with Leo. ohsolively Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 When asked about Beyonce pregnancy delaying production for "A Star Is Born". Leonardo told E!, he turned down the role 4 months ago. The actor told E! he was never affiliated with the film. However, this will allow Clint to find a co-star for Beyonce after his first choice Leonardo DiCaprio turned down the part. Robert Downey Jr. and 'Mad Men's Jon Hamm have also decline the role according to the Hollywood Reporter. Alot of actors and actress don't want to work with people outside of their expertise. This is from LSA, I haven't read it anywhere else... Probably just BS right? I think its true; they might not admit it but its true. I think it has more to do with Beyonce. She's obviously not the best actress so maybe they dont want to risk being in something that will most likely atract a lot of criticism, even if its a Clint Eastwood movie. I think if Clint had found someone more talented ppl would have been more open to it. He should have gone with an unknown actress Also I guess the actors who Clint would have wanted may not want to be in a musical. Also I think its ind of turning into the whole model vs. celeb fued. I.e. how models are upset that celebs are getting their work (mags, endorsements). That can be applied here too. Like how these singers turned actors are getting jobs where actual actors are not. Look at how Justin Timberlake is getting big leading roles whilst some more worthy actors have get stuck with the supporting role. Thats just the way the business is, but I think if I was an actor I would be upset if some singer turned "actor" suddenly got a big job  Quote
oxford25 Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 The same woman who claimed she took Leo and Blake around the Wildlife Park, and was the tweeter that AOMG tweeted with the other day , now claims via Twitter that she had dinner with him last night Below are her tweets to same person she was tweeting a lot with the other dayShe , also, tweeted the other day that she was heading to Parliament to speak about envt/animals. She, also, claimed while tweeting with her friend , that she lives in one of the big mansions in same gated community that Leo's rental house is in. MendaciousDevil Quote

FashionDream Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 Also must say i'm a bit happy Ides of March is getting mixed reviews at the Venice Festival I know leo is executive producer and all for the film but I'm liking that buzz for Gosling is diminishing.. for obvious reasons Quote
katchitup Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 ^haha I agree. I kind of hope no other actors get good reviews this year, so leos chances will increase Quote
FashionDream Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 Amen sister!!!! Not likely but we can dream haha ....................................... Shelby Loosch is from The Globe.. don't remember reading any articles on this. markwonderful mark wonderful 9.5.11 Shelby Loosch reports that Leonardo #Dicaprio, when not fretting about GOP policies, is busy spending $15,000 a month on sunglasses. 1 minute ago Quote
Lkjh Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 Gosling... If he will beat Leo, I think I'm going to kill myself! I don't think it will change much, but all the little things contribute (Tree of life was even critizezed by Sean Penn himself Quote
BarbieErin Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 I didn't understand anything of that tweet fash. Can you clarify that for me? Sometimes I'am mad with myself that I'am terrible to understand some english expressions. Quote
katchitup Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 ^Yeah I don't think Gosling is that greta of an actor also. Hes okay, but not super talented or anything. Only thing I like about him is his looks. And his abs. And the rest of his body, but thats not the point And odd tweet fash! I doubt Leo would spend 15k on sunglass's! Barbie: all the tweet is saying is that leo spend 15 thousand dollars on sunglass's in one month (which I doubt) Quote
BarbieErin Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 yes, I got the part about 15 thousand dollars on sunglasses and I thought that's really weird and I doubt too, but I didn't understand what means that: fretting about GOP policies? Quote
