On JJ, it seems like most people who comment on Bar are posting to complain about why JJ has so many posts about her, especially when it's not about much of anything (like a photoshoot or magazine cover), but vacation photos. There are a lot of haters on JJ who should just skip the posts about people they dont like.

17 weeks is a long shoot, but what I would figure for a big budget Luhrmann production. Someone on IMDB board said if they go by the book that Tobey's character Nick Carraway would have more screen time than Leo's Gatsby. It's been so long since I read the book that I can't remember. But I'm sure they will shoot the scenes so he will have some days off to do promotion for J. Edgar. He could be doing interviews right now for all we know. Let's make sure any Bellazonians in Australia know about the call for extras. We need our on set source!

I think Leo looks adorable in the recent shopping photos because of what the photos show :

1.a guy who still hangs out with the same pals he was friends with before he became super famous and wealthy

2. a guy who is out shopping with every other New Yorker that day , not one who had stores closed down so he can partake of the designer clothes

3.a guy , who when it comes to fashion, is like all the other guys, who are not super famous and rich, who wear clothes they feel comfortable in versus trying to make fashion statements or best dressed list.

I love fashion, but I can appreciate all of the above. But he can shut down a store if he needs to. Can you imagine the audience for Leo trying on clothes?

oxford, I'm not sure where his condo is located, but I'm guessing it's not as convenient to his work, the theater, etc? If he's there for Gatsby rehearsals or J. Edgar business, the studio will foot the bill like they do for the other cast and crew. And it probably keeps the paparazzo in on their toes. I can't remember seeing him papped outside his condo.

As to why no mention of Leo's girlfriends past or present with Leo pix compared to frequent mentions of Leo when he's not in the pix with them, I think the answer is simple: Leo generates enough interest all on his own. That is not meant as a slight to anyone, in fact I feel bad for anyone who is labeled so-and-so's girlfriend / boyfriend or ex all the time. <_<

From having been in NY in March , I can tell you that the Riverhouse Condo unit ( where numeorus sources say Leo has his condo )is in the heart of Tribeca about a 10" walk from World Trade Center complex. Thus it is not a short walk to theaters ; nor might it be close to Blake's apt . And as we both agree he may have been there for Edgar pr and he needed to have hotel suite to meet with various media

I wasn't particularly making fun of the way Leo dresses. Oh well...I kinda was. But not in a mean way. I find his personal "style" to be very normal and laid back like a lot of guys. But sometimes his choices of socks cracks me up to no end.

Every year, some surveys indicate that more actors in the film industry profited. Forbes magazine did a survey and gave Leonardo DiCaprio ("Titanic") the top of the list, with $ 77 million billed.
