February 11, 200718 yr Oh Elijah Wood! He doesn't seem like he'd be a very convincing hooligan though
February 11, 200718 yr He's okay. He isn't that great of an actor if you ask me. He seems really fake.
February 11, 200718 yr Summary of the last half a page of posts: From the offside rule to sex changes to hooliganism to Frodo's to Elijah's acting :|
February 11, 200718 yr Haven't seen it, but it's supposedly about West Ham hooligans. And West Ham wasn't too pleased with that movie, if I recall correctly.
February 11, 200718 yr The two American tycoons had the grace to admit that they're not exactly steeped in the history of English football in general, or Liverpool Football Club in particular. We can therefore forgive them for not yet enjoying a fluent grasp of football vocabulary. However, a note to the advisors of any other budding American investors in English football. A football club like Liverpool is not, and never will be a 'franchise!' Yikes. They called the Pool a franchise? That's one way to start of on the wrong foot. :|

However, Mascherano decided to one-up the new owners by showing his enthusiasm at leaving West Ham behind and calling himself a red devil Can you feel the love? <_<
February 11, 200718 yr English people are 'fat and lazy', says Big Sam I wonder how the English media will respond to that.
February 11, 200718 yr "Already Gillett has said that he will consider selling the naming rights to Anfield stadium, and has referred to the club as a "franchise" and "Liverpool Reds." " Renaming Anfield... "And now we go over to Guy Mowbray at Budweiser park, for Liverpool - Manchester United. " :yuckky: :yuckky: :yuckky:

February 11, 200718 yr English people are 'fat and lazy', says Big SamI wonder how the English media will respond to that. He said some smart things in that interview
February 11, 200718 yr Arsenal was so lucky today, and first time i saw Henry very nervous and to provoke whole match another player ( Kirkland)
February 11, 200718 yr Hmmm true. Arsenal were pretty lucky [again] and it's not good enough! There is such a lack of consistency at home and the Gunners need to get past it quick. Oh, Galatasaray won 4-0 tonight, Umit Karan scored all FOUR!
February 12, 200718 yr But he's been in England for over a year, right? How thick can you be? He's been here for 6 months but he's picked up the English quite fast. He uses words like rancour

" It's a franchise now and If Ashburton Grove won't do for Arsenal, then I guess Stanley park it shall not be for Liverpool. Budweiser or some other crappy name would be expected. It would be ironic if Kraft were to buy the naming rights for the new stadium
February 12, 200718 yr Arsenal was so lucky today, and first time i saw Henry very nervous and to provoke whole match another player ( Kirkland) but Kirkland was asking for it :| I hope they choke and stay in 4th <_<

Oh, Galatasaray won 4-0 tonight, Umit Karan scored all FOUR! That's what you get for using youngsters, but to have a team as young as yours and still be up in 3rd/4th just shows how talented that squad is. I won't go as far as Alan Hansen, but if you use youths, it is expected that they will have issues with their consistency throughout a season. All 4? (Y)
