I also know that sometimes they can pin up the hair in the back to make it look shorter...I once thought that Ale had her hair bobbed from the pics in one of the VS catalogs, and then I saw recent pics of her w/her long hair, so I think they just faked it! i know what u mean. i would guess its a wig...arent these pics taken way in advance? if so i think we would have noticed her hair shorter in candids...but i could be wrong

I'm thinking they found a way to tuck her hair back and they just edited out the stuff that was showing, if it was necessary. Covering up walls is a lot easier than editing someone so it's possible.

Yes, I think so too, because they have a picture of Alessandra in this kimono top and her hair was that style too, it was just black, so I guess she was supposed to look Asian.
