The worst thing is that Bethesda thinks that the players are too dumb to understand complex choices. There were plenty of choices in Fallout 1 and 2 with real story impact, not to mention that you could have zillions of dialogue choices (whereas Fallout 4 only had 4 dialog choices and very obvious reaction consequence from the interlocutor. It's the same in Fallout Shelter (very few choices and no meaningful ones). Agreed, the settlement was interesting (at first). Their worst failure (and scam) still is Fallout 76.

Interplay's fallout 1 and 2, and Fallout New vegas (by Obsidian which was founded by former interplay employees) were the best. Fallout 3 and 4 were already a downgrade, but still alright. My main issue is that Bethesda developers think that players are too dumb for complex choices... (and the graphics were bad too). Amazon is incapable of doing dark humor because it's too politically incorrect. Same for Bethesda. Nolan is a minor problem if there are good writers with him, but I'm sure it won't be the case. Hollywood writers in 2022 are terrible.

I had a very positive opinions on the liberals in the 00s when Bush did his crazy war in Iraq. Nowadays the Dems have become the warmongers and cult members they used to fight. It seems to me that "ideas" work like fashion sometimes. You don't really know who started the trend, but some "influencer(s)" did and then everybody followed. It was the case with lots of political trends (like on Russia, but also the gender studies, CRT, BLM, etc.)

Belgian and Swiss chocolates are excellent! French chocolate is pretty good too. German chocolate is quite bad IMO. They do great cars, but their food is usually awful
