^ that's a good question... Honestly, the worst thing Disney does in 2019 is the way they condescend to the audience. Calling the fans toxic is one of their worst moves. That's why people love Henry Cavill for what he did (he said something nice and it seemed genuine)

Anyway, Star Wars spirit is really in this game! (and that answers to all the geniuses in the media that say people are tired of SW... no, people still love it when it's done right - remember that Kathleen Kennedy!) The fauna/flora on Kashyyk is awesome, it shows how people can invent new stuff and respect SW at the same time! (unlike you Rian...)

It's really a great game. Not super awesome like the Witcher 3, Dishonored or Metro last light, but still really great. My guess is that they've been timid because of how EA screwed up in the past... Jedi Fallen Order is definitely the best Star Wars game since Jedi Academy & Jedi Outcast. It's actually better than these games on some aspects (the graphics of course, but also the gameplay). I love how the gameplay is hard (Sekiro style) and how Cal is fragile in this world (reflecting the fact that Jedi aren't invincible - and Cal is a young jedi). I do wish they added more powers or collectibles (the Witcher 3 style), and collectibles that make sense... (most of them are purely cosmetic)

Simon says: "insult the fans"! Directors, actors and producers answer (like at Disney Star Wars' ) "yay, let's insult the fans" -

What he did is great. It should really be everybody saying these things, because, after all, movies are for the audience (it feels weird to have to remind them that) Big companies in Hollywood have become too snobbish, and they forgot that they have... customers. Imagine going to a restaurant and the waiter insults you... you just don't go back. The problem is that Hollywood is an oligopoly of restaurants, with a handful of big owners... and then groupthink and peer pressure ensure that everybody behaves the same way. -
^ I do get what you're trying to say: the fatigue has been caused by "bad" sequels. I want to insist on the term "bad", because good sequels could've been possible if the directors had been talented (which they weren't) and if they hadn't tried to use identity politics to make up for their mediocrity. The same thing happened to Disney Star Wars. They made really talentless/bland movies (ep. VII and VIII) and they tried to blame the audience for their mediocrity, claiming that people are tired or too demanding (in other words "it's not our fault"). The media shills help them instiling these narratives. Yes, people are tired... of mediocrity, but they're not tired of the franchises.

^ That's what the media shills say, that's what Miller wants us to believe. It's easier than to admit the intrinsic mediocrity of the movie. From the franchise perspective, it's pretty clear that killing John Connor in the first two minutes is the dumbest move you can make... it was so obvious that it would piss the fans, but the geniuses who produced this movie didn't see it coming... Also, our beloved access media can't acknowledge that their identity politics BS is annoying the audience, because they're only listenning to peer pressure.

The failure of this movie (and Woke Hollywood in general) is sweet. So sweet. Also, Tim Miller doesn't seem to understand anything.... so, Miller, here's a strong woman that will explain things to you In short
