  1. Haha you're so right 💯 He's the worst narcissist and clearly carrying some hero issues on screen which he is so less in real life.

    Super lucky woman 😍😍 @Lilja K

LOVED it 😍 The chemistry between Rachel Weisz and Vincent Perez is insane Sometimes I felt like an intruder in their intimate scenes. Even though it was already intimate when they just looked at each other 💥
  4. Me neither -at least not intentionally- but from now on I will probably from time to time 😄
  5. Trigger warning 🚩 This is controversial so remember it's just ONES PERSON opinion so pls don't feel offended. I just post it because I was relieved she didn't put Leo in the "men who hates women" corner (is that a bad thing then go ahead judge me) 😄 However here's authors Anne Helen Peterson take on Glenn Powell (highly overrated in my opinion but he managed to bring people back in cinema these days and not with just one movie so that's an achievement I guess). At one point the author made a list of men who "hates women". Not in the context of them as individuals and whether or not they’re misogynists it's about how they as actors perform the act of liking women on screen. I thought it's kinda interesting 2) Glen Powell Likes Women Star image is always an amalgamation of roles and “real life” public performance, so some of this overarching feeling stems from the way he looks at Sydney Sweeney in Anyone But You, but also the way his character flirts in Everybody Wants Some and how he relates and defers to Daisy Edgar-Jones’ character in Twisters and his extended eye contact with Adria Arjona in Hit Man. It’s different than knowing you can get women, or wanting to control women, or even loving women. He likes them. He appreciates them. He enjoys their company. Tom Cruise doesn’t like women. Neither does Miles Teller. Channing Tatum likes women. So does Ryan Gosling. Brad Pitt used to like women but doesn’t anymore. Leonardo Di Caprio only likes them occasionally. Bradley Cooper doesn’t, George Clooney does. Matt Damon doesn’t, Ben Affleck only does in that one scene in the J.Lo documentary. Marlon Brando didn’t, Montgomery Clift did. Paul Newman didn’t onscreen but did IRL. Cary Grant did, John Wayne definitely, definitely didn’t. Will Smith pretends like he doesn’t but I’m not convinced. Mark Wahlberg absolutely does not, but Daniel Day-Lewis does. So does Paul Mescal. It's palpable in the way Powell looks at all these women — he really, intently focuses on them, which is a surprisingly rare thing onscreen and in real life. But some of it’s tied to that same confidence that makes him look good in clothes: it’s a lot easier to not be an asshole when you’re not obsessed with performing dominance. (The confidence also comes through in his willingness to go along with press shenanigans, like performing the apple dance with his Twisters co-stars) full article: https://annehelen.substack.com/p/a-unified-theory-of-glen-powell So to celebrate this topic here are my top 8 of Leo looking at women in his movies 😍 o1.) TITANIC (1997) I mean he literally said it here in case you missed the whole freakin point of that love story lol (‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️) couple more probably the most important seeing of the entire movie o2. THE DEPARTED (2006) this 2 scenes explained pretty much all. the way Colin sees Madolyn and the way Billy does - remember Matt Damon "hates" woman, yep 💯 😅 o3. BODY OF LIES (2008) Roger is underrated. In pretty much everything. Especially how lovely he's respecting and acting around Aisha when it comes to her values and boundaries 💘 forever crying over this deleted scene o4. THE AVIATOR (2004) maybe surprisingly but hell this scene is memorized forever in my brain. it's probably the sexiest thing Leo ever said to a woman on screen in the gif set you can only see Leo but in the movie you can also see actress Josie Maran and her reaction to every single word and touch. watch here (plus the good ol' seeing you line) o5. THE GREAT GATSBY (2013) not entirely sure if Gatsby really saw Daisy or her true self but more the imagination/memory he had of her but Leo made sure we saw her and that's the whole point 🥰 maybe he did one time but it's sadly not even in the movie (it's again all about "seeing" in case you missed it 😄) o6. ROMEO & JULIET (1996) I mean overall Romeo was a horny mess but he had his moments (SEE? It's becoming a running joke now 😄) (even seeing her true self didn't hold him back ) o7. Catch me if you can (2001) the evolution of looks Frank gave Brenda. you're welcome o8. THE MAN IN THE IRON MASK (1998 ) Philippe the sweetest peach of all 🧡 always loved his short but empathetic interaction with Christine. probably the kindest treatment she got in that goddamn palace 💔 3 great interactions in only a couple of moments. king indeed.

If you once started looking at him (aka his movies) you can't stop. So here a proper rank of his best 80s work to not waste any time o1. St. Elmo's Fire (1985) (unbeaten Billy the chaotic rock n roll angel I WANNA MARRY HIM 🤩 and probably get my heart broken but whatever he's worth the roller coaster ) o2. Masquerade (1988) (he's naked, and hot and bangin like all the time here. I watched this movie COUNTLESS times ) o3. About Last Night … (1986) (relationship dramedy with Demi Moore. Again lots of naked skin but also lots of real and honest moments) o4. Hotel New Hampshire (1984) (one of the most bizarre movies ever but in the best possible way. I'm pretty sure he's bangin his sister at one point played by baby Jodie Foster 😁) o5. Youngblood (1986) (he's a total dreamboat here I MEAN LOOK AT THIS PICTURE PERFECT FACE + Patrick Swayze. It's some sort of sports/romance drama. I remember the sex scene as one of the hottest/most sensual I ever witnessed in a sports movie including butts and boobs 🥵) o6. Bad Influence (1990) (technically not a 80s movie but it has Rob + James Spader so it barely can't get more 80s lol It's a solid thriller also baddie Rob is so hot I forgive him just everything ) o7. Oxford Blues (1984) (he's gorgeous and yeah I'm aware I'm repeating myself 😍 😄 is it enough to make a movie watchable? Well when he's on screen all the time I guess yes 😄) o8. Outsider (1983) ("Soda Pop" probably his most iconic 80s character? also insane cast with Patrick Swayze again, Matt Dillon, Tom Cruise, Emilio Estevez, Diane Lane etc directed by none other than Francis Ford Coppola. For some reason it never really was my cup of tea but it's still watchable)

It's part of the so called Brat Pack which is a nickname given to a group of young actors who frequently appeared together in teen-oriented coming-of-age films in the 1980s. "Members" were people like Demi Moore, Rob Lowe, Andrew McCarthy, Emilio Estevez, Judd Nelson, Molly Ringwald etc St. Elmos Fire and The Breakfast Club are probably the most popular movies of the group. It very much mirrored the life of a teen in the 80s. Partly maybe questionable to modern standards but still very watchable imo. Rob Lowe was SO GORGEOUS good god it's hard to focus on anything else when he appeared on screen And despite his good looks he was allowed to play more than just the typcial one dimensional "fuckboi" what was really great about those movies. He was dreamy, beautiful, charismatic and yeah sometimes he really played the d!ck but there was always something "more". Deeper ya know. Billy of St Elmos Fire is probably my all time fave character of him He actually still is 🥵 more: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brat_Pack
