I just want to see how it/they/whatever look! Last year's was tragic so I'm hoping they stepped up their game this year with at least that.

Agreed. So while that one may turn out to be a little too costume-y, I like that it's at least a new idea. I'm sure they had some kind of Parisian/Marie Antoinette theme they've talked about before that they could have reworked that to fit this year. Two segments look like it's primarily all black lingerie (with maybe dark green shoes?), which is not only repetitive in the show itself, but repetitive of 2014 with AB. Sophia used the same keywords to describe both of them too. They're clearly in need of some new minds on the team that decides segments but they have been for years.

I'm too lazy to see if she's been mentioned, but Ruby Aldridge was at call backs/castings today.

I'm surprised that the BNA segment doesn't have very many wings as of now. They add impact and as the closing segment you'd think they'd want that. Stella's event is probably to launch the fragrance then.

I'm not saying she didn't get it but I don't think Stella's event is for the FB. VS likes to keep things hush hush until the very minute there's a press release of some sort about the FB.

^ And prepare for Kendall to sign her Angel contract. I'm more curious to see what the actual FB looks like than who gets it at this point. I hope they don't butcher the whole thing like they did last year. I'm hoping it's in the Bright Night Angel, but I don't know if they'd have the closing segment have the FB for a second year in a row.

Now that we know the segments and have some idea of how they'll look, who does everyone think is going to open/close each?

He can say that all he wants but based on the drawings I've seen thus far and the descriptions given by Sophia, they seem like rehashes. Sophia described two entirely different segments in the same way, I think she even used the same keywords when doing so. That could change of course, but based on the info we have now that's my impression of things.

So much to catch up on, thanks everyone! All in all the segments sound like rehashings of ones they've done recently, save Bright Night Angel and Mountain Traveler (which has the potential to end up pretty costume-y), but the colors in this segment look gorgeous. Dark Angel looks like an Angel Ball redux but I'm curious to see how it's going to differ. Secret Angel sounds like it'll be a Dangerous Liaisons (straight from Sophia's mouth)/Silver Screen Angel mashup. The Road Ahead is giving me Exotic Traveler vibes. Bright Night Angels also looks pretty promising, I'm sure all the jewels on the outfits will look good under the lights.

I love Roos! I'll be happy if both she and Robin make it.

I hope so. Figuring out the boards in those is one of the the best parts about the VSFS. We can all pretend it might actually turn out well.

Isn't it pretty unusual for a model to come back to SI after not being in the previous year's issue? @jay_hk is right, SI promo takes up most of the week it's released which takes place during FW. If she were in it by some slim chance, she'd probably only be able to do shows Thursday-Sunday.

I think all the Angels, minus Ale (lol), will probably shoot for Vday. Didn't someone say Lais is in NY? She's probably tomorrow too. Lily has always looked mature but it really stands out when they pair her with the other girls, like yesterday. I think Adriana looks better than she has in years, tbh.

If Lais, Stella and Sara are shooting tomorrow then I'm guessing that Elsa, Taylor and Martha and/or Romee will shoot together as well. I've wondered this too. It seems like whenever Russell shoots, Lily does too.

Same Chrissy already shot. She posted snapchats about being on a "secret shoot at a secret location with a secret crew" or something a few days ago. Her last one was about having to take a long flight back to John and Luna.

He deleted the picture and re-uploaded it with a different caption not mentioning/confirming Paris. Why is VS so adamant about keeping the location a "secret" when it's already been reported and confirmed by multiple places?

#Elsa4FB. I hope Bellemere is the one to shoot it. That way Guy's Instagram-esque filter won't mask the true colors of the jewels. I hope the hair and makeup is better this year too. Lily hasn't shot anything since the original holiday shoot. Not that she was a possibility this year anyway.
