They put Kendull's name first because she is the most talked about model walking this years show since the announcement its just putting what a majority of people are looking for right up front. Hate it or love it its generated a shit ton of press for VS even places like Esquire wrote articles just about Kendall being asked to walk. 10 Mag is just capitilzing on that too, though not checking spelling of models names is amateur.

So I don't think she made it but she told TMZ she was invited to the VS castings and flew to NYC to audtion. http://www.tmz.com/2015/11/02/samantha-hoopes-victorias-secret-fashion-show/ Also TMZ apparenly doesn't know castings work thinking she is audtiioning against models like Adriana and Alessandra.
