You have a button "Use full editor" on the bottom right of that window. If you click on it, a "Compose reply" window will open with all options including "attach files" button at the bottom of the window ...

Andi, Tobias, Eniko - and since it's a tie - Valerie and Rachel move to the next round! Soooo, we're now officially entering the second phase! What I do next is making up groups of the contestants like I did for the 1st phase by doing a blind draw - got all contestants in a big jar by now. We will single out 3 contestants of every group. Those will made it on to the Logo list. Donbot has done a nice new layout consisting of three polaroid shapes. After we finished with the second phase I will do a blind draw to find out who will fill out those three polaroids with whom and in what order. The logo then will change on regular basis, right now I'm counting on a three to four month's turn ... So the pairing is up next and then the voting starts
