I don't think she purposefully sets out to talk 11 miles a day, but she's talked often about hating traffic and sitting cabs/Ubers, so she chooses to walk most places in NY and therefore walks a huge amount each day because of it.

I don't think it's for VS. Yu Tsai is the photographer and I would be surprised to see him working with VS. EDIT: It was likely for Harper's Bazaar Singapore, the creative director was there. I'm also unsure if Elsa was on set, or if Vincent was just posting the look from the Shisheido video that was released today with Elsa.
