For me it depends on the guy. If the guy has the right bone structure to pull of the hair (like the guy above) and has the whole thing going on with tatts, etc working for him, then its hot But if the dude has it and doesn't have the above^ going on then hell no with the beard, I've always found guys with facial hair to increase attractivness
