@Matt! Lee Greenwood's trailer park song "God Bless the USA" sums up the scam- there is a reason why Trump constantly hired him to sing at his rallies (he always sings the same song too). Also Trump owns gambling dens. Lyrics Lyrics If tomorrow all the things were gone I'd worked for all my life And I had to start again with just my children and my wife I'd thank my lucky stars to be livin' here today 'Cause the flag still stands for freedom, and they can't take that away And I'm proud to be an American where at least I know I'm free And I won't forget the men who died, who gave that right to me And I'd gladly stand up next to you and defend her still today 'Cause there ain't no doubt I love this land God bless the USA From the lakes of Minnesota, to the hills of Tennessee Across the plains of Texas, from sea to shining sea From Detroit down to Houston and New York to L.A. Well, there's pride in every American heart And it's time we stand and say That I'm proud to be an American where at least I know I'm free And I won't forget the men who died, who gave that right to me And I'd gladly stand up next to you and defend her still today 'Cause there ain't no doubt I love this land (I love this land) God bless the USA And I'm proud to be an American where at least I know I'm free And I won't forget the men who died, who gave that right to me And I'd gladly stand up next to you and defend her still today 'Cause there ain't no doubt I love this land (I love this land) God bless the USA- BZ'ers talking models at the Bar

@Matt! It is unique in America that a major portion of poor and middle class white Americans, particularly from blue state rural areas and red states will vote for the republican party/right wing policies that make them more poor and have less benefits. By the standards of europe and the rest of the world the Democrats are a far-right or right wing party as well. The rest of the world typically think this as being insane, such as people who live in apartments/trailers will vote for the Republican party. It starts from here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Southern_strategy It is also connected with these forces: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Dream https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_exceptionalism https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Protestant_work_ethic https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evangelicalism https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Megachurch https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prosperity_theology https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Self-help Also what is always missed is the pseudo religious component to it (people who are secular always forget this) , it is basically not logical at all but ideological/religious, also it is ingrained among protestant whites since the founding of this country. Trump merely is an evolution/degeneration of this fraud. The entrepreneur spirit as politics served Americans well until the 20th century before the era of corporations and big government. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supply-side_economics This fraudulent economics help get Reagan elected and it is the basis of Trump's economics. It is basically developed from political necessity. Trump stated he wanted to make America the "Crypto Capital" in the world, that is the same as saying that he wants the US to have the most financial crime in the world, which it already does. (legal corruption) The reality is that what happens for decades is that the super rich/corporations/financiers do not invest in the 'real' economy with their tax breaks/gains but in financial speculation and alterative assets, and buying off real estate/investing in real estate finance (shooting up housing prices etc) and the predatory healthcare system. The truth is finance/healthcare is more profitable than real economy than real production/real work so that's why both combined is 40% + of the US economy. Finance is 20%, Healthcare 20% more or less.- General gaming talk

Troy Baker's performance as Higgs is one of the best video-game acting I've ever seen. He might win gaming awards for this. He reminds me of Gary Oldmans' character from the 5th Element combined with the Crow & doc holiday from Tombstone.- The "What Are You Thinking About Right Now?" PIP
This guy grew up in one of the wealthiest households in South Africa (his family owned mines and yachts), he's vocally against unions and all about overworking his employees. He's also mentally ill. He wants MAGA but doesn't want to do socialist things. He's naturally repulsive to the working poor.- The "What Are You Thinking About Right Now?" PIP
Elon musk started his own political party. He seems to be unaware that most people don't like him or think he is mentally ill? lol- BZ'ers talking models at the Bar

Iran/China/Russia/North Korea's main agenda is to steadily roll back American geopolitical power. They see the massive debt & social problems in the US and see the writing on the wall. China/Russia's (and much of the rest of the non-western world's BRIC) dream is for the US dollar to no longer be the world's reserve currency. They are not in a position to make it happen in the short term but in the long term they already jump started the process with the war in Ukraine by putting pressure on the US-Europe to rearm and exhaust their inventory. A big part of the power of the US dollar is faith in the power of the hegemonic American military and navy. If this faith is shattered by declines in credibility (as the US has suffered in the Ukraine, Afganistan, Iraq, Houthis etc) the "CRINKS" have progressed on their strategic goal. Iran's strait is one of the most important energy trade routes for China (the rest of Asia- Japan, south korean, taiwan etc) so if Trump continues attacking Iran, the Chinese have to support Iran like they supported Russia. Overall it can be seen that the "CHRINK" agenda is to force the US to respond to multiple crisis points. The US is currently preparing for potential war with Russia and China at the same time, and adding Iran would overstretch things even further. Trump's theatrics shows that he wants to exploit a small tactical win as much as possible to increase US military credibility by a percentage point.- The "What Are You Thinking About Right Now?" PIP
US politics is super corrupt and sick (biggest donor is wall street no matter which side wins) So common sense aid doesn't go through. Also Americans are effectively in debt and broke, as is the federal government . The middle class is funding their lifestyles with debt and the future is unclear. Those points you posted help a lot but in the US are extremely difficult to execute. They ultimately do not solve the underlying structural problems in the US system. This is why social welfare is a band-aid to the core systems. Basically what happened in the US is the economy shifted from the real economy to the bullsh*t economy (finance, information tech, services, predatory health care sector among many) which made life very difficult for the bottom 99%. My parents' generation had a much easier life and much higher purchasing power. Here is a general history of what happened in the US (I didn't write it but it summarizes many of the key disasters): šŗšø Stages of the U.S. Debt-Inequality Cycle Stage 1 ā Financialization (1970sā1990s) - Shift from industry to finance - Deregulated credit markets - Wealthy gained through assets, others took on debt Stage 2 ā Privatization & Wage Stagnation (1990sā2008) - Public goods became expensive - Wages stayed flat, productivity rose - Households relied on borrowing to survive Stage 3 ā 2008 Financial Crisis -Mortgage collapse exposed systemic debt - Banks got bailouts, people lost homes - Rich recovered, poor fell deeper into debt Stage 4 ā Unequal Recovery (2009ā2019) - Low rates inflated assets, not wages - Debt collection and predatory lending thrived - Millennials and Gen Z fell into deeper debt traps Stage 5 ā Pandemic Relief (2020ā2022) - Temporary aid: checks, rent moratoriums, loan pauses - Relief delayed, not erased, debt obligations - Wealthy gained from asset bubbles Stage 6 ā Debt Saturation (2023ā2025) - High inflation and rising rates - Credit card and student loan debt surge - AI and automation worsen income gaps - Deepening financial strain for households- The "What Are You Thinking About Right Now?" Currently the 'American dream' is shattered given the intractable living standards (both physical and psychological) for the bottom 99%. It died in the 2007-2008 financial crisis, it broke the US. I can't see it coming back, indications show that it will only get worse and worse. The structure of the US economy and its relations with wage labor, ever rising living costs and the never-ending accumulation of trillions of wealth by the a sub-set of 1%- is basically what is called 'end stage capitalism', where predatory capitalism is the norm and taxes/inefficient/bad government greatly constrains people's potential for a better life.- The "What Are You Thinking About Right Now?" The truth is that the US and much of Europe is in what historians would call the final stage of civilization (winter) where the problems are increasing in number, largely driven by the capitalistic system that isn't working well anymore. There seems to no realistic solutions at all to reverse the negative trends. Typically a 'hard reset' is required, with violence, when the system is broken (French revolution/Napoleon, Russian revolution, Chinese Civil war, Nazi Germany, etc.). To solve the current problems, both the Democrats and the Republican parties need to be destroyed, along with the entire government. In Russia, China, Germany and France they mass murdered or imprisoned, in huge numbers, the groups that were getting in the way of a hard reset. But in the US/Europe we are in a situation where people aren't starving to death and aren't willing to fight and die for what they believe in. They talk a lot but act very little. So we continue lingering in this state. There is a lot of verbal/psychological violence but not so much in terms of physical. (yet...) In a culture where people act more than talk like you see in earlier times people like Elon Musk, Trump, Biden, Bush etc. and other oligarchs/politicians would have been assassinated long ago. In Roman Empire they certainly would have killed them all.- BZ'ers talking models at the Bar
