It seems to me that it's mainly young people- teenagers especially- that can be mislead to believe that a roid gut can be obtained naturally. Besides Mike O'Hearn, Liver King, there are people who think The Rock and Chris Hemsworth are natural!

Liver King is now viral in the mass media as well (Fortune, Washington Post, Men's Health, etc.).
