Is the last section now called Bright Lights Angel instead of Bright Night Angel?

I wonder what Gaga and Alessandra are doing at the end. Will the two of them close close the show?

Wow, I didn’t realize how big Joan’s wings were. They don’t look that impressive from the front. Too bad that one of the Angels couldn’t wear them i.e. close the section. Before, Angles were trusted to be able to handle big wings.

Does she wear contact lenses?

I hope they show some of Adriana’s walk from the side during the Secret Angel segment.

I’m actually now happy with Lady Gaga’s song for the Dark Angel segment. I think the beginning is difficult to walk to (Taylor Hill’s opening) but when the song gets going (“baby, let’s get high…”) it has good energy. And I think the second performance for the Mountain Romance segment is better than the first i.e. Gaga singing some notes during the beginning when the first few models are walking on the runway instead of remaining silent.

Sui He’s little shimmy circle made me chuckle. It’s pretty cute, haven’t seen anyone do that before. The girl after Leomie looks stunning and the outfit fits her so well but her pose at the end of the runway is clichéd and takes away from her stunning looks. She reminds me of Shanina Shaik in the sense that both stand out due to their colouring and look so great wearing the outfits that it seems like the outfits were made/chosen specifically for them.

I suspect Romee chose saline implants over silicone implants. Silicone implants tend to be more realistic-looking. I think Romee’s are high profile implants instead of e.g. moderate profile implants. High profile implants give a rounder look. Her breasts look hard, which could in part be due to scarring.

I worry that Lady Gaga’s two songs were too difficult to walk to. I thought the beginning of Mountain Romance was awkward because the first three models had to walk when Gaga was being silent and almost unmoving on stage. Maybe they had a stand-in for Gaga for the most part during rehearsals so it was a very different experience to be on stage with the real thing. But Elsa’s outfit is the opening outfit so it was meant to be one of the highlights of the show so in that sense it’s fair to compare it to Heidi’s past outfits. Bridget’s outfit had nothing couture about it. It basically looks off-the-rack.

I believe Heidi Klum was pregnant at the 2003 show. I hope Irina can come back next year and get the full VSFS experience plus outfits that really show off her body.

Is there any particular reason why they couldn’t have given the wings to Lais?

Was Bridget’s look one of those that were thrown together at the last minute? It doesn’t go with the soft pink streetwear inspired looks. And tying a jacket around her waist when she is already wearing the same jacket in a different colour looks bizarre, 90s or not. Maybe they should have went with a plaid shirt instead.

Okay Zuri’s look is pretty hot because it almost looks like she is showing underboob but not sure about her seriousness. For her, it might have been better to try to show a likable personality rather than concentrate on being fierce. Wow, Bridget’s look has nothing lingerie about it. That bodysuit looks like a tank top on her.

I love Bella and Abel’s moment on the runway and the audience’s reaction! I think they’re (mostly) playing but Bella’s reaction is like, “Ugh, why are you trying to hit on me and get my attention, getting in my way. I’ll pass,” and Abel holds up his hands like he is saying okay, he is backing off, Bella is too hot to touch Instagram video:

Lily Donaldson’s wings are really pretty but the outfit doesn’t create a flattering body shape. It makes her upper body look really wide while the rest of her body looks straight with no curves. Narrow hips, no waist.

Romee’s white outfit is really gorgeous! And it fits her much better than the Mountain Romance one considering the situation with her breasts. The stylists should always take into account what looks good on a specific girl instead of thinking that a certain outfit is great so they want to give it to a girl they like. I believe Romee’s Mountain Romance outfit would have looked much better on someone else, it had a lot of promise.

Georgia’s green ensemble is very pretty. Sui He is wearing a full-on outfit, a costume. It’s not fit for a lingerie show. VS has really moved away from that, which is a bit sad. They are covering up a lot of girls almost from head to toe. The wings seem to make Grace look short.

Irina is so pretty and I’m actually digging the idea of someone who is pregnant and not in the super early stage doing the show instead of being hidden away as if she stopped being sexy. There aren’t many things more feminine than being pregnant. But I think the shoe choice is unfortunate because her ankles appear a bit swollen.

Mountain Romance outfits might be too similar to each other, especially the skirts.
