Most likely b/c easier to obtain copyright and/or possibly negotiating the song for low royalty (maybe even royalty-free) in exchange for promoting the artist & etc. That makes sense and I would respect that if weren't for the fact that VS is a multi million dollar company

^ I think she shot at Yellowstone. If I remember correctly, MJ posted a picture we "identified" as her around the same time MJ also posted pictures we identified as Nina, so I figure they shot in the same place. Also, the preview I've seen of her looks like Yellowstone. As for a second location, idk. I'm just fairly certain that one is Yellowstone.

Just some interesting statistics if anyone is wondering: Return rate of returning models from last year: 75% (3/12 models did NOT return)Return rate of rookies from last year: 58% (5/12 models did NOT return)Total return rate of models from last year: 73% (8/22 models did NOT return)% of totals models as rookies: 27%So compared to last year, I'm pretty sure the returning return rate is up, but they had a particularly small returning model class last year because they made such a big hype over the size of the rookie class. That being said the returning rookies is down compared to last years 100%, but obviously we can't expect them to ask all 12 rookies from last year to return, that would just be disappointing and impractical all in one. And the percent of rookies-total model ratio is down (50% last year) but once again the hype last year was "biggest rookie class ever". The statistics for this year's girls is probably more consistent with what it had been in the years leading up to last years mag: ~75% return rate (both rookies and vets from the year before), ~50% returning rookies, and ~25% rooks.
