From other photos that appear to be from the same session, he is also posing with Kristen McMenamy and Amber Valletta, which leads me to believe this is for a magazine editorial or possibly for a special segment on the MTV's revamped "House of Style", of which Jridi is actively working with Joan Smalls and Karlie Kloss. Hmmmm....
