You actually shouldn't eliminate as many carbs as possible, because carbs give you energy and keep your metabolism up. It's all about calories. For every 3,000 calories you don't burn, you gain a pound. Let that sink in. Cutting down on calories and doing a little exercise will get you where you want to be.

I LOVE horseback ridding! Story: Well, me and a friend of mine decided we were going to go to this really pretty serene beach, but we kinda didn't have the slightest idea what length of the beach was what. So we found this really nice secluded spot, set up 'camp', and starting tanning... then out of nowhere, this man who was probably in his late 50's walked past up in the nude... I looked over at my friend, and we suddenly became aware that we were right beside the dividing line of the nude beach and the regular beach.... hence why no one was there... So much nudity.... no one attractive.... Long story short, we moved over to the much more populated non-nude side of the beach. Ever been in a car crash?

^No, again it's completely different.I don't really care for rugby myself...
