Actually, I've found modelmayhem to be useful on occasion -- not often, but occasionally, and particularly with models who aren't very well known. I've also found it to be of help in providing leads to find photo shoots -- again, not often, but sometimes. It's used not only by models but by photographers and stylists. In every case I've looked at, I've had no reason to doubt that the profiles were genuine. Again, we're not talking about famous models here. You may well have come across bogus profiles on there, but used for what I use it for, I find it to be a valuable tool.

She's Anji Honig with Envy Models in LA and Las Vegas. It looks like she was (?) also known as Angela Daun. On her model mayhem profile she calls herself Anji Anji.
