yeah Brit i think you're confusing things: if a part -however big it is- of the population of the country is extremly poor it doesn't mean the country is underdevelopped - it just means that the wealth isn't well distributed. There are an awful lot of people living under the poverty line in the USA yet that doesn't make the USA an underdevelopped country. AAAAAAAAnyways back on topic... or let's at least talk about Ukraine since we're in Snejana's thread

well if i'm not blind Russia is part of the "medium developped" area so i don't call it underdevelopped. Not to mention that Russian is a huge country, hence not every part of it can be urbanised and there are a lot of small villages but i don't know a lot of underdevelopped country that sent ppl on the moon several decades ago and are considered an important country and a great power in the world

i will buy this issue so if it's not scanned by the time i get my copy...

Hmm, that's weird because every time I walk by the cosmetics counter I see what looks like her all over Annabelle's makeup. I can't find an Annabelle website so I can't show more of what I mean.
