Are you talking about Karolina Kurkova? She would have been only 12 or 13 then...this model looks older. I don't think she started modeling until 2000 or 2001.

1. Many reverse images searches point to a model named ‘Megan Mane’. I can’t find much recent info about her, so I have no idea if that is accurate. Here is a photo in case someone knows her.
