Technically there is no more support for BB codes (the [BLAH]....[/BLAH]). And the "see how its posted" you should be able to see it immediatly in the editor exactly as it will look when you post. Let me know if it is different when you hit "submit reply"

I think one of the things you are talking about is in the Activity Thread when you click you go to first post instead of last unread. If you click the little "circle" next to the name it will take you to the last unread post. I will see if I can change it so the name also takes you there to reduce confusion.

The search index wont be updated until the forum post rebuild completes. So the search may not work at all until its complete.

You can upload any size picture and it will automatically resize it for you to the correct size. But yes I set it to 175x175. and as long as its larger then that it will not be blurry.

I discussed the taking it offline to rebuild, but since it would take so long (~1week) it is not good. All new content members post looks fine, so we just decided to live with broken links for a week or so until its fully rebuilt. Sorry I dont like it either but there was no way around rebuilding the content. Hopefully it should finish around Friday. Your avatar, you can simply adjust where it crops, when you upload it, it provides a box to move where you want to crop it so it will display properly as a square. Regarding the post failing, as I have mentioned the editor should show you exactly how it will show up on the board, so if it appears broken on the editor it will be broken when you post. Can you give me some examples of what type of content do not display correctly so we can look into it? Thanks

Can you please provide a bit more information? You uploaded them where? Do you have all the links in a notepad or something and you copied and pasted?

Yes, currently its running some huge tasks in the background which are occupying most of the CPU. Also I have another server that I am adding storage to which has the latest PHP and Mysql and what not which should make things go faster. Probably this weekend we will move over to that server and it should improve the performance.

Yes they will pop back up once the rebuild is complete. Currently at 25% and it starts from earliest post (early 2000's) to latest. So probably another 3 days or so.

That will be fixed when the posts are rebuilt. It just started last night on that part and its at 15%. Hopefully tomorrow sometime they should be working.
