Gym activities: fitball, indoor walking and streching are my chooses. Walking too.
I hate when some people do moobing or bullying, in fotums too. In past we could explain, talk and play, and now it is seem a crime
It is very good. But I am worry when people pay some cirugies when they only need diet or better habits, and gym. Some people damage their bodies with unnecesary cirugy, it is a pity.
