I agree ^^^ And see this is kind of why I'm worried about the segment exotic traveler. Is it going to be just beautiful, rich, vibrant designs and colours? Like I hope. Or will they borderline offend again like Wild Things or straight up offend like Karlie's outfit. I hope VS won't make the same mistakes.

Oh man this woman's body is perfection. I hope she becomes a regular if not Angel with them. Her face and body just screams Angel. And she has a great personality too.

My question is if they put say a girl of American Indian ancestry in that outfit, would people have been offended? It's the same with puting girls who have certain looks for certain outfits. Like the exotic traveler look. I mean so what if it is blondes or brunettes with lighter skin or whatever. I don't really care about that but would people make a big deal if it isn't? Emanuela's look in Wild Things for example. It wasn't the best if you ask me but no big deal was made about it. But if they put that look on say Rosie, Karlie, Lily etc would everyone get all offended? Just wondering peoples thoughts on that. Not being American I didn't get offended by Karlie's outfit in 2012 but I can understand that people did. No arguments wanted just want to see people's ideas. Everyone's opinions differ on this subject. We shouldn't keep getting off topic from the show but it happens.

I don't necessarily think it's just the moment that counts. Some girls just have that "it" factor. Like pheno mentioned. Gisele, Adriana, Alessandra, Miranda and Candice all had the moment but they all also have that it factor. That's why they became so popular, so quick. Miranda and Candice were made Angels not too long after they started with VS. Miranda honestly had the opportunity to really become the next Gisele when it came to VS. But after 2010 she lost interest in VS. Candice has a lot of fans. People who don't follow VS that I know all love Candice. But she has become overused in VS. Out of the rest of the Angels there isn't anyone who has that wow factor. I love Karlie and Lily but I don't think they will become the big VS star. A big issue is that no matter what if Adriana is there, no one will take that spot. I don't think VS can create those kind of girls anymore. Not like they used to.

I don't think VS are racist in any way. Yes they should be more racially diverse in their main lineup but I don't think they are racist. I do however think that what Claudia is saying makes sense because they cast certain girls for certain segments based on if they would suit that segment or suit the clothes. They've said that in castings videos. Like Eniko looks great and all that but it's clear she would fit the fairy section. So in terms of Exotic Traveler they would have selected certain girls for that section because they fit the exotic look. While I don't think its racist, but they should at least be in other segments so it's not like they're cast just for that segment. Also the whole blonde hair blue eyed thing all looking the same is stupid. I hate when people say that. But it's never seen as bad but if someone said black girls or asian girls look the same then it's racist. I think race is a tricky subject.

lol already looks like it. Kelly, Shanina, Lais, Jasmine, Joan, Isabeli, Daniela, Blanca, Adriana, Alessandra I reckon will all be in Exotic Traveler.

I would say maybe the Fairy Tale one is for Candice because she is in Gilded, Fairy Tale and Angel Ball. Not Dream Girls. But the Fairy Tale sketch they have is Lily D's.

Could Karlie be opening then? Because I remember past casting boards, the girl at the front usually was opening. Was like that with Adriana, Candice and Alessandra when they were opening the shows.

I'm not usually a big Martha fan but I really love the new VS shot of her and that Marie Claire editorial is brilliant. From a photography standpoint its stunning and Martha looks really great.

You are so right pheno. I think it's harder and harder for a girl to hit that on the runway now. Because the show isn't what it was even back in 07. Like you said Candice was the last one to really have that moment. And she is the only recent girl to have that too, out of their Angels.

Good questions girly. Here's my answers. 1. How long should a VS Angel/Supermodel remain with the brand before they leave for greener pastures? I think it depends on the model. Obviously VS like to keep girls around if they are loved. Adriana, Alessandra, Candice etc. I think 5-6 years is a good number for Angels. Keep them through two contracts. Which they did for Miranda. Doutzen also seems to have had her 6 years but it seems VS are keeping her for longer. 2. How many Angels should there be in total? There is currently 8-9? 8-10 is overkill. I would love 5-6 really good Angels. It's fine that they have some regular girls who they use in commercials and for the show. 3. How many years should a model be able to walk the VSFS before they can no longer. New blood is always nice. I'm loving a lot of the newbies this year so hopefully those girls get to stick around for a good 5-6 years. But sometimes it's nice to see a regular girl continue to walk the show. Depends on the girl. I could keep Isabeli for more shows but want Izabel to go away now. 4. How long should the PINK spokesmodel remain in PINK before she's either fired, or moved to mainline? If it's a much younger girl. Like 18 they can keep her for a good 4 years as PINK spokesmodel. Because she is still young. But for someone like Elsa she is already 26 and only now transitioning to mainline. They should have only had her doing it for a year. So if it's an older girl for PINK less time, than someone who is younger.
