Over on Erin Wasson and Catherine McNeill's BZ board they arent really favoured and they are two of my favourite models...Also in some threads no one really likes Angela Lindval but she drives me crazy i am in love with her haha Coming from a guys point of view Selita she is hot...lets face it her body face its rocking. But i dont like her. She doesnt seem that passionate about the business. Her walk in dreadful and i was so annoyed with her in the final walk last yr where she wore the fantasy bra and covered it at the end of the runway. It just shows she knows very little about the business...which is why i dont like her. Im also not a big fan of Flavia. She is so gaunt and waffy its kind of scary

I can tell you a for sure list of girls who will be at the show based on recent stuff with the company... Heidi - She has been doing the IPEX and will of course be in the show Doutzen - Her and Adriana have been the faces of the Obsession Campaign and she has recently been made basically an angel Adriana - Its her 10th year and she confirmed in an interview that she is wearing the fantasy bra Marisa - A Press release officialy named her an angel and she has been the front for their swim campaign this year. As well as her SI cover and popularity she for sure will be in the show Alessandra - She stated that she will be getting ready after her pregnancy so lets hope for sure she is in Miranda - Has been very active in the company since her angel debuet. Including launching the fragrance and being heavily involved in swim and stuff As for the other 3 Karolina, Izabel and Selita im not too sure. Karolina is no longer on BioFit its Emmanuella and Adriana and Izabel and Selita havent been used to much. There were rumors about Izabel not being an angel anymore which i hope are not true. So we shall see. With Emnanuella also she was recently at the Christmas commercial shoot which could mean that she will be making her debuet this year at the show. But im sure in that commercial Karolina, Selita and Izabel were used so if thats the case then all 9 Angels will be in the show...

Shalom is gorgeous i havent seen her walk but you guys dont sound enthusiastic about it. I guess some girls are amazing at one thing and not the other... We havent got long until the show now i am so excited i wanna know the list of models walking this year. Does anyone know when we find out?

I for one am no big fan of Selita cant stand her...I love Miranda cos she is from Aus lol my home but i completely understand what you mean. Whenever they are in the news its to do with who they are with and thats it...Not for there model work. Like Alessandra imo is the best VS model i love her. Her pregnancy and birth was barely publicised because her bf isnt that famous. If Miranda was to fall pregnant and have a baby with Orlando it would be everywhere because of his celeb status...Its a shame that its all about fame and not the work. These girls like Izabel, Raquel, Angela etc are incredible models but they dont get much recognition because its barely any fame to it

I completely agree Joe The one thing i love about VS is that they dont hire actresses or musicians to lead the company they use models and im glad that they do that because if they ever used celebs then the models for sure will be faded out...I love SI but i was so annoyed they had Beyonce on the cover last year like i thought SI and VS were the same they always used models

In general what you are saying is true...You ask a bystander on the street and say VS and they can name Heidi Klum and Gisele Bundchen maybe Adriana Lima...Its a shame that there are some great models out there with supermodel ability but the fact that actresses and singers are taking all the big contracts and magazine covers just pushes them to the back

How you are a fan of hers doing something like a VS show could boost her career as a fan dont you want that for her? Or are you not that into VS? Well Cintia looks allright I am not personally into the ginger pale look much. As for some more girls ive been watching some runways and i think Anne V. is stunning and would be great on VS i was flipping through Channel Iman's pictures and she is beautiful but very skinny but i dont know maybe can be considered for VS i just really wanna see maybe Anja Rubik, Emanuella De Paula and Hilary Rhona as well as maybe Nicole Trunfio and Catherine McNeill (haha aussie pride coming out)

I agree about getting rid of the whole cute girl PINK theme but i would keep some of them like obviously Miranda Kerr, Andie Muise, Jessica Stam and Rosie Huntington Whiteley i think they are great models and very beautidul. I dont care much for Candice, Flavia, Behati, Lindsay or any of them really from the last yr show... I think back to glamour means back to original stuff and i want to see the likes of Carmen Kass, Frankie Rayder, Liya Kebede and such back they were all incredible models and especially in the 2003 show And hey JoeKnight the heroine runway was my fav one from 2003 i can watch it over and over and never get sick i agree they should do a sequel to that

Cool for the 6 stage thats obviously for the 6 different runways they will be doing this year. Hopefully the return to glamour is done right like in 2003 and 2005 not lame and trashy i dont want to see Adriana walking down looking amazing but pointing and blowing kisses she has to go back to when she walked down arms on hips and looking hot an fierce

Aww Agness she is so cool but i cant see her doing VS but i mean i never though Omayhra would and she did the 2001 show so you never know lol... As for other women in the show i have really been into Anja Rubik lately i think she is sexy and i would love to see her and maybe Catherine McNeill in VS and Lily D. I was also thinking of some more themes for the show and i though of the idea that the 6 runways that they do in the show can be an era 50s - Very glamorous and classy 60s - Very bohemian and hippy and free 70s - Disco, crazy lights and outfits 80s - Electro kind of punk 90s - Very hip and sexy 00s - New looks fresh very fashion forward

Hey everyone...there are some great pictures in this thread I love taking photos any opportunity i have i take a photo haha at all the family functions i get asked to photograph i even did my sisters wedding...The pictures are below I love this photo i took of her she looks so beautiful...My camera takes amazing photos it should because it was very expensive lol This was the cake my mum made for her Me being all artistic i took some of her stuff and placed them on her bed haha This was taken at Easter this year at an amazing place in the Blue Mountains, Sydney This is my brother in law and my nephew it was such a cool shot That place in the Blue Mountains was incredible the scenery is amazing One of my nephews looking away from the camera I cant remember where this was somewhere on the Central Coast i think Some candles and a cool shaky camera effect

Oh yeah the 2000 show was elements i remember the blue like water and red for fire and stuff There will def be a holiday theme but it doesnt have to be like sexy santas or whatever its been done...It can still have that Xmas feel just not over the top like in 2006 the glacial goddesses was really nice and it was very festive just not over doing it like in 2007 with the presents and santa outfits and weird pink and yellow wrap type of stuff lol I just hope in terms of the fashion aspect the show goes back to the roots it just felt that the last two yrs the shows were all about the sex of it 2003 and 2005 were like really sexy shows but they never forced the idea of sex down your throat as they did in the last two shows

I didnt mind the sexy toys in 2005 but i wouldnt mind like a doll theme you know like different types of dolls like cabbage patch, barbie, rag doll, manequin etc sounds cool haha I was also thinking like different Gods like Ares, Hermes, Athena, Aphrodite all that stuff for some ideas and even like elements fire, water, sand etc

Hahaha that is pretty weird but so cool the idea of the catwalk being a V is pretty genius the girls walk down one side pose at the point then walk back up...pretty cool too cos the girls then dont have to bump into each other or move out of the way for other girls to come through lol I cant wait to see Doutzen at this yrs show aswell

Marisa is amazing i like the way she talks she sounds smart but in that Californian way haha her body is INCREDIBLE im quickly becoming a very big fan of hers im buying every mag she is in even the girl mags haha my sis is like why are you buying Cosmo lol its all for Marisa

Hey yo this is my first post finally its taken me ages ive just read this whole thread on peoples thoughts and here are mine... My all time fav VS show ever is the 2003 show. The women involved,music,outfits were all incredible and i would love for them to go back to that. I didnt hate the last two shows but overall 2003 and 2005 were much better and i would love to see them go back to that this year. Its only a couple of months away so i hope to hear some more news on this years show soon. As for models i read alot of peoples posts and nobody seems to like Angela Lindval much. She is one of my all time fav models and i love her walk on the runway. She is so dynamic and i think she is incredible. I understand if people hated her walk last year wearing the umbrella, the whole moving of her hands thing but look at her outfit there is nowhere for her to place her hands the umbrella is like popping out basically at her chest lol... Thats my rant about that but models wise...I just want to get rid of Selita i really dont like her she is a terror on the runway and to me just seems so bleh and boring...I also dont really like Flavia i know alot of people here like her but something about her just turns me off. I would like to see Adriana, Alessandra, Heidi, Miranda, Marisa, Izabel, Karolina, Doutzen for sure they are in this years show then i would love to see Rosie, Eugenia, Angela, Julia, Jessica, Noemie, Hana, Isabeli, Carmen, Frankie, Caroline W, Caroline T, Anna BB, Andi, Oluchi and Liya I think all those girls will be AMAZING in the show they are basically most of the girls from their two best shows 2003 and 2005 I would also like to see some newcomers like Emanuella and Catherine McNeil i really like her and think she will be great for VS maybe also Hilary Rhoda but i dont know much on her runway Oh and if you are wondering why i left Gisele out is truthfully im not a huge fan no offence to anyone but one thing that really annoys me about her and it may seem petty but i hate how she looks down as she is walking the runway...It just turns me off becuase i feel like that it looses the connection between the model and audience...Her walk is great and she is hot but that one tiny thing annoys me...
