I will be eating at a steakhouse today, so I'll post that later...:)

I know you love steak, but I have to tell you beef is not good to skin (Or you already know that?) :/ However,steak is still one of the best food for stomach satisfaction :p

oh thank you Lyon. I eat beef sparingly, maybe just once a week. I usually eat lean chicken or fish like salmon. thanks, Lyon ^_^

I'm actually on an anti-biotic that literally eliminates my health problem, so I've gotten more careless..........
