If by 'restore' you mean the System Restore tool – then you don't lose any documents: video/music/images or otherwise, that you've stored since the problem. However, it will reverse any software installations you made, aka uninstall them. If you mean restoring the computer back to the factory settings with the recovery disks, then yes, you will lose everything.

Why would you want to go tanning? I don't understand. Anyone who knows you will know you didn't get it naturally, and who really cares what people you pass in the street think? If you live in a country where in the winter there is a lack of sun and its just cold and wet (England) then it just looks out of place.

I think tattoos look disgusting. That awful blue colour. Ergh. I think tatoos can look okay on girls, but I'd prefer none, to one.
