Joe if this is not yours there not much u can do when it comes to his education. But each time he does it just push him away and say "no" with a very load voice and wait for him to be calm before to give him something to eat or play with him. Because if he humps your leg and then u give him food the message you are sending to the dog is : He is the Alpha dog (dominant) you are the one who is dominated since u are the one giving the food. So don't give him food each time he does that to u because he will never stop. The very first thing to do with a dog when you arrive in home it's to ignore him. I know it's not easy but after a while he will understand he has to be calm to have your attention and food. You're welcome Kikipedia at your service!
