Seems like the Bali shoot is over according to their IG, I sincerely doubt they only had three girls in the location so my guess is there will be some "surprise" models there. She looks amazing in that campaign. I like the hair a lot, seems like she just went even lighter with the blond tho, hope it gets a bit darker

Yup to all of these. You gotta give it to VS, they are very sloppy sometimes but at least they've never had a case of ghostface in the show. You'd think considering the huge budget Intimissimi had they'd test the mug and lights before the show. Valery Kaufman is the worst of the bunch from what I saw.

I didn't know but she and Mario had been dating for two years and they got married in July! Although they haven't done an official ceremony, I'm guessing because of Ming's pregnancy which was rumored since April according to chinese media. Also she didn't get paid to have the baby, her in-law is just super rich and gives everyone in his family money when they have kids

She finally dressed up and she picked one of my favorite movies, I feel blessed lol
Elsa is dressed as Alice from Closer, which is like one of my favorite movies so I am living for this Seriously tho, yall need to watch this movie if you haven't, it's really good. Natalie Portman is just perfection in it.
Okay so VS has 20 angels, including four new women but we get Birgit in the holiday campaign in the year where there will be no show to promote them. Who is running this company? o.o
Brooks and Yu? What an amazingly horrible duo
Yeah I wouldn't call any of these girls timeless. let's see how they are doing in ten years. Actual timeless models? Gisele, Karolina, Adriana, Natalia, Sasha, Joan and all these women who have been booking A-list jobs for 10+ years. For all we know, the nepo trend may be over in two years and these girls will be gone and forgotten, I mean five years ago everyone thought Kate Upton would be the next big thing, where is she now? Ashley Grahan was hot for like a year too and now the hype is gone. I wish Kaia all the success and I quite like her, but she's by no standards a supermodel or timeless. Give her five or ten years and we can re-visit.
Can't wait to see what project she was working for in that shoot with the pink lips, the mug is gorgeous!
No one is arguing about Kaia being successfull, she obviously is and so are Kendull and The Hadids, the thing is they only got that success because of their families. Where was Kendull before Kanye showed up? Modeling for shitty e-com websites, and that's where she'd still be if it hadn't been for Kanye using his influence. Same goes for The Hadids and Kaia. Kaia is a beautiful girl, but let's not act like she wouldn't be modeling for Sherri Hill instead of Vogue if it wasn't because of her parents.
Neither of them had contracts, they were just heavily used. Same happened with Chanel and Sara, except those two ended up as angels, same for Maggie Laine, she was never a Pink spokesperson, everyone just assumed so but nope.

Chanel and Tyra both did SI after they had become big names already, in fact Chanel did SI after her career had peaked and she had moved on from HF to commercial, she was fully done with VS by the time she did SI, Tyra did both at the same time but I think she was already a stablished name. Jasmine participated in a SI model search in 2011 (or 2010, not sure) and she lost. And Lais has been doing both SI and VS for a few years now, sis is still painfully irrelevant The most successful "crossovers" from recent years I'd say are Marisa Miller back in 2007 and now Barbara IMO.
