She's a great model but her acting is so so terrible it's painful to watch, she needs to go back to being a model and have a long career. Directors will stop booking her if all her movies keep flopping she needs to get back into modeling fulltime while she can

Well this went downhill pretty fast

So the actual commercial hasn't started yet, Michael Bay will direct again and I assume he'll arrive tomorrow or Monday with the rest of the girls. The only unconfirmed girl at this point is Behati but I don't think she'll do it, she hasn't commented or slightly acknowledge this at all, the other three at least commented something so people would chill. The tulle skirts, bad music, poor editing and explosions are coming @Prettyphile, all my hope for our cowgirl dreams are dead

Same here. The girls look amazing, location is great and no bralettes in sight. Did you notice the girls did not lose weight for this? Taylor kept her weight on, Sara did too, Elsa didn't go in a crazy diet, even Martha looks thicker. Elsa and Dri with short hair, Jasmine with the dark hair. Finally something new, it feels like a breath of fresh air. Kuddos to whoever came out with this idea, I was one red tulle skirt from quitting VS

The girls look great and VS is finally doing a different theme after nine years!? Color me shocked I'm here for the Saylor+Elsa shoots, those three work so well together. I don't give crap if they are not really friends, VS needs to put them together more often, it's such a win.

Well i think everyone can improve if given the chance, hence my list of girls. Can't hate on them if they are not given a chance i find to be particularly annoying with the catalog girls like Nadine, Paige Reifler, Robin, etc. They earned their place, yet VS keeps casting the most random girls

See, if this was Chanel, D&G, Dior, etc I'd agree that having a great walk should be more important than being attractive, but considering the product VS wants to sell, and the idea VS wants to sell of "we have the most beautiful women in the planet here", I can't come choose say Lily Donaldson over Marisa Miller for example. I agree with you that the best shows were 2000-2006, and part of the reason for me is that they used to cast stunning women, now the models look younger and younger, VS now casts any girl with a decent HF background regardless of how fitted for the brand she is. Take Carol BN, she was a HF girl VS decided to cast her multiple times and she was cringe worthy every single time, and I actually like her but she and VS need to just never mix, same happened with Lara Stone, I love her HF work but seeing her in the VS show was just awful, she looked so out of place, even if she did have one of the strongest walks. Yet Bruna Lirio was so beautiful and looked amazing in every single picture, seeing her in motion left me surprised because her walk was quite messy, but overall I still really liked her. Marisa is the perfect example, she wasn't the greatest walker, she was actually a mess in 2007 but she was so pretty and had such a good body that most of people (talking about your average american here) wouldn't notice or wouldn't care about it, people still loved Marisa. Having a bad walk may be awful for the people of Bellazon, but as long as the girls are hot, do you really think the non-fashionistas will care? Nope, they won't. VS wants to sell a fantasy, then give us fantasy girls.

Just a question, how old are you? I ask this because for me, as a woman in my mid-twenties Gisele is way more attractive and easy to relate to than the mess that are most of the Pink girls. Same for the show's aesthetic, I like more mature looks, than girly, cutesy, balloons stuff

Josephine has done literally one Christmas commercial, Elsa has done two commercials (the same amount as Taylor, Stella, Sara and Romee), Jasmine has done three, it's still just half of what Candice has done, and a very very small portion of what Adriana/Alessandra have done. So I'm not sure of what the hell you are talking about. If anything, the ones who have done more form the NA are Martha (who I've been saying needs to go for a long time, btw) and Lais, but those three you mentioned nope, so suuure, I should think the same Again, Adriana is my favorite model ever, I love her and she can do no wrong in my eyes, she'll still look amazing and better than the other bitches, but it doesn't change the fact that the commercial will most likely look the same as the commercials she's been doing since 2003, other than 2008 every year VS uses the same settings, same styling, for god's sake sometimes they even use the same music and dialoges. It's a been there, done that situation where neither Adriana, Alessandra, Candice or Lily add anything new or refreshing. Change is good, VS has nine new women they should be working on, they are the future of the brand after all but nope, we'll get more of the same again.

Again, to each their own, i rather see a hot messy walker (see Bruna Lirio or Dani Braga) than a "fabulous" walker who is just tragic, boring, unattractive or i can't even remember her at all even if she's been in the show for years. This is a lingerie/swimsuit show, I'm here for the hot girls involved, Marisa Miller was a really messy walker but I enjoyed seeing her in the show every year.

It doesn't change the fact that she has been in every commercial from 2009 to 2014, I love Adriana but I couldn't be any less excited to see her doing the same commercial I've seen her in since like 2003, and she's skipped the commercial twice as well. I'm over seeing the same women every year, especially when VS does pretty much the same crap every and you can barely tell the commercials apart.

I find most of the regulars they currently have to be boring and not even sexy, but to each their own, I personally just care about the girls looking hot while half naked I like my girls and stand by all of them, I literally said they have barely any runway experience but I rather see an inexperienced Carmella than girls Kendull, Cindy, the Lilys, Constance and all these women who year after year made me yawn, cringe or can't even remember. Also the 2012 show sucked, so not quite the greatest example VS hasn't had a fierce show since like 2006.

Exactly. It's like no one wants to be associated with certain brands, designers, photographers, etc because they have a bad reputation. Take Playboy, no legit model or respected actress wanted to be in the magazine because of their trashy style, it was like that for a long time, it became a shitshow. I can see the same happening with SI.

I never complain about my height tbh, it means I get to be comfortable pretty much everywhere because there's room to fit in I only complained when I realized being so short meant my Beauty pageant dreams would never come true lol. And yes, it is a business for sure and I understand that, my problem is that as mentioned, it's promoting unhealthy as the new normal, they probably will sell well in the swimwear line but I can see the magazine either flopping or completely changing their style to aim for women instead of men. And oh lord this Sarina chick is such a mess o.o, watch her win the whole thing lolol the comments are gold tho, I'd feel bad for her but she's making money with this and she clearly thought this was a great idea

I need better pictures to judge the hair cut but so far looks good and it will set her apart from the other blondes, since she just cut it and it was done by one of the VS ladies I think she'll keep it at least for the shoot

I said this in her thread and everyone called me crazy but Behati does look like she's either pregnant again or really really bloated, but she's been bloated for weeks now o.o either way, I doubt she'll make it to the commercial. Shame Lily is there, I was more than fine with just the NA tbh. And I'm glad Elsa cut her hair, at least we'll be able to tell one of the girls apart in this blink and you'll miss it commercial
