o.0 You refuse to comment on any of the other points, only stating that emily is young, she's making the wrong choices, people don't lose weight for the fashion weeks, but every single model you listed loses about 10 pounds every fashion week that comes up, including Miranda, Alessandra, Adriana, Izabel. Another point to take into consideration is that all those models both you and I, as well as everyone else has listed in this discussion are established models, meaning the designers know them, they know what they can do on the runway, they know that their face is going to sell the garment regardless, (not having to rely on a body, or lack thereof) to sell the garment, and thus if they choose not to lose the weight, they don't have to. But all those girls, if you take a look at their pictures leading up to and during the fashion weeks for the most part lose a few pounds, some more then others. Emily is a new face to fashion, something we all should keep in the forefront of our minds when we look at these pictures. She's only been modeling for what, 8 months. Yes she's booked some huge campaigns, but they're all commercial, and what it looks like she's trying to do is break in the world of high fashion, which opens a lot more doors in the modeling world. You have to do what's needed to work in this industry, and if she can pull high fashion and commercial, (the later being something we know she's capable of) then she's golden. And after a few years maybe she wont have to drop excessive amounts of weight to walk, because by then she'll be a staple of the fashion world. Let's be perfectly honest half of the weight she's probably lost is from water retention, it's the quickest easiest way to drop visible weight. Another thing, we've been commenting on her lack of a chest. I honestly don't think she's lost her chest, (which was never huge to begin with) but I honestly, judging by the pictures think that may be a breast band, which flattens the chest. The Rag & Bone show for the most part, the models all looked fairly adrogynous, and let's face it boobs are a tell tale feminine sign. So flatten that a bit, and throw on a shirt with a more stylized mens cut, and you're good to go. Anyways there's my take on the discussion at hand, feel free to agree or disagree, I guess the real indiciater will be when fashion week is over. On a note though, go look in every other model's thread who's walking this year in NY and you'll see for the most part they've all dropped about 4-6 pounds.. it's not just Emily.
