  1. ^agreed. I love Alice in Wonderland, but this just failed to deliver the magic that was the rabbit hole 0.7
  2. The picture posted is on her facebook correct? It is a public image that can be grabbed by anyone who comes across her page isnt it? If that is the case it's not a private picture, and while it may be copywrited chances are it's been posted all over the internet not just here.
  3. She also has an upcoming roll of unknown importance/magnitude in the latest installment of the Pirates franchise, but it was just a thought Edit: guess it would help if I read posts to completion before throwing my two cents out there lol
  4. It's 1-5 Votes below 1 have been counted before. I think Joe has just taken it that a maximum of 5 points can be given whereas you can give as low as you want up to a zero. if you don't find the body in the slightest appealing why should you be forced to give it a 1? The main difference between a competition like this and a poll is that there is a bit more leniency. On that note: 0.9 btw Joe.. Dance of the Dead there's some Zombie love near the end... total passion, ripping each other apart while making out!
  5. ^Theron, you should throw Gemma Ward in there for acting, she hasn't done much but her role in Black Balloon was pretty good, and it was a main character, not just a bit part

"Gosh golly gee ma, something don't seem right." Can someone please explain what the hell this is, because to me it looks like Ale is being visited from visitors from another distant, far off galaxy, who over the course of the last year have been implanting some type of homing device possibly devices as it looks like there could be multiples in her knee, as a beacon or beacons, to the mother-ship to call them in for a landing. I dare any of ya'll to say that's normal, cause it sure ain't to me.
  12. ^what's up with the links to wedding gown things?
  13. Apologies in advance, it's a miniature novel :| In regards to the European comments, I don't think Pretty meant it as an overall generalization that Europe was necessarily more morally corrupt, or dissident, more on the lines that quite a few European countries are much more accepting of implied or full fledged nudity. Whereas you might point out that America has a huge porn industry, (in fact I believe it's the largest in the world, don't quote me on that though) the fact remains that I can go pick up a magazine in the United States and there will be little to no actual nudity in it, while ordering French magazines, (for example) there are maybe 10-15 pages without nudity. Now I'm not saying that one is better then the other, and it may in fact have just been the magazines I happened to order, but as an overall, at least in my personal opinion, based on what I personally have seen, Europeans tend to be much more open to the idea. Perhaps it's simply because to a large extent a great deal of the fashion community seems to be centered in Europe. The fashion community and it's practices are after all what we are all in controversy over. As for 18 being a magical number that makes nudity implied or otherwise alright that was a generalized statement. I'm not saying once you've hit 18 that it's ok to suddenly rip your clothes off and prance around naked in front of a camera, nor that it's indicative of one country or another. The number was thrown out because that is generally considered the age of majority in a number of countries, (my own included) and that it's indicative of having a fully matured body, and hopefully mentality that allows these girls, (or guys) to know exactly what they are doing. The premise being that no one is taking advantage of a young unsuspecting thing that doesn't know what they are getting into. A note on Revlon and the issue of them using an 8 year old model to advertise their product. Point of fact may be that they are an American company, but a number of these ad campaigns are made and aired only in specific countries. So while they are American, they may not have in fact aired that campaign in the United States. Companies make campaigns to suit their target audience, hence Maybelline has certain models that are rarely if ever seen in the United States, and others that are never seen outside the United States, (outside of fashion forums such as this). My whole point in conclusion is that it's not one country or another that is at fault, it's the fashion community as an overall that needs to sit back and realize that shock isn't necessarily the bottom line, and that they need to stop and consider the sensibilities and consequences that these young girls and boys will face once they reach an age of majority and are no longer considered marketable or viable. They also need to consider what marketing these young children as being sexy does to men and women around the world struggling with body images. Something healthy and developed is a better image to send, but I guess time will tell. I stand by my statement in regards to youth: "When it stops being shocking and starts being boring then I pity mankind and their morality. When looking at young girls on the runway in various stages of undress is no longer shocking then we as humans should be reevaluating ourselves and our beliefs... There's a thin line between being a man and a monster, that's crossing the line in my opinion."
  14. ^adrianas thread has hq's

I think it's the hair but Adriana reminds me of Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas other then that she looks ok... As for Candice she reminds me of a flamingo.. in like half the pictures her goddamn leg is up and she's perching on one foot
  16. I dun know decades.. SHUTUP pretty <_<
  17. Bit contradictory that thar statement, but I will take it as is. As for it all being Ale's idea to drop off the radar.. Gonna point out that as a contracted Angel she doesn't have the option to just disappear and decide not to go to events, that's on VS. So they chose to pull her, the question is why?
