You make a good point. Long gone are the days of Lilly Aldridge, Natasha Barnard, Emily DiDonato, etc. There are still a couple of bright spots to be has, for instance Sophie Cunningham absolutely rocked this year's issue, but for a magazine that used to be a landmark happening every year alongside the VS Fashion Show, these past several years have been a severe disappointment. I would like to see SI return to their roots of featuring the most beautiful, desirable women worldwide in the skimpiest, most revealing suits available, but I just don't see that happening ever again. Too bad, at least there's still Insta.

Sophie Cunningham and Livvy Dunne are the clear winners this year from what I've seen so far. Also, I have no idea how SI fucked up so badly on the surprise Hilary Duff shoot. You have a genuinely gorgeous Hollywood actress and you can't even be bothered to take ONE good photo of her?! The lighting, poses, and suits were all atrocious. Salma Hayek is in her 60s and her shoot last year was better than Duff's by several orders of magnitude.

Emily is so beautiful it's hard to believe that she's not an AI construct.

After a bit of thought, I still haven't forgiven VS for not giving Babs and Lily more love in the show. Surely they could have knocked a couple of the homelier "models" out of the lineup to make room for those two.

I think that Alessandra, Candice, and Behati had the best looks in the opening segment. It's kinda disappointing that the show runners decided to cover two legit 10s like Barbra and Lily from head to toe.

She really is the very best. I don't know what's in the water in Australia, but between her, the Herbert Twins, and Emily Feld, some of the most unbelievably beautiful women in the world come from Down Under.

Rachel Pizzolato is campaigning to be in the Swimsuit Issue. Frankly, she's far too good for what the magazine has become. The Herbert Twins are two of my favorites, but they are also much better than Current Year SI. Thank God Emily Feld is staying far away from this shit show.

The Herbert Twins being in there is a good start. I just hope they don't have them wear the frumpiest, ugliest suits in the magazine. Last time Alex Morgan was in the Swimsuit Issue, they had her in the worst suits, yet gave the most flattering outfits to the utterly repulsive Megan Rapinoe. That was annoying as hell.

She's a real knockout, that's for sure.

If Lounge just ditched the model in the middle, that last ad would incredibly hot. Steph of course is the best out there, and the girl in red is lovely as well.
