This might be model Patricia Arrington, one of House of Givenchy models in the 1980s. But I am not very sure yet, still asking my friends @BlueAcadia
I am very sorry, these 1983 models ( your pictures ) is very hard to ID, all are beautiful ) .. You should be patient because I will ask their names to my friends @BlueAcadia
