^Hey, this is the only one that immediately springs to mind: (From Rosie and Miranda Kerr's joint birthday party in 2007). There are a bunch of them together in various VSFS functions - the 2008 Miami boat photo-call, and the runway finale in 2010 specifically - but that's with other models too. Hope that helps?
