^Well I posted the first of these back in Oct/Nov - so who knows exactly when that session was? Whew :| - well, here's my attempt... Translated from the french into spanish by Airis7, and then into english by me. Many mistakes, I'm sure (particulary the correct wording of all these beauty products! ) - but you get the gist: When you wake up, rather "intox"(? ) or detox? Depends on the day, I try to drink hot water with lemon before eating anything. But sometimes I forget this good resolution, and gobble a big cup of coffee! Three necessary actions for beautiful skin? Wipe my face with 'Pure Cleansing Creme' by Luzern. Then you moisturise. I continue to change cream, try the new things that I find at Sephora or Barneys, or what my friends advise. I quite like the organic and natural products, for example, I love the cocoa butter. And I sleep with Rodin oil on my face. Your basic makeup? Usually some CoverGirl mask and a dash of eye liner is all. I have a pimple concealer camouflage with RMS Beauty, the bio line of make-up artist Rose Mary Swift. For the night, dark red lips with Rouge Coco Chanel or Paris Rivoli. SOS care for flying? Weleda 'Medicinal Plant Cream' is rich and perfect for my skin, that works super fast. On arrival I put on an 'Oxygen Mask' by Luzern to erase the tiredness/fatigue. Your rehab for hair post-shoots? The oil soak Moroccanoil and do not use any more irons, curlers or hair-dryers. Right now I love the shampoos and conditioners by Aveda Damage Remedy. From time to time I'll have nutritional care in a salon. A "look" to feel good? The "disheveled" hair with 'Surf Spray' by Bumble & Bumble, jeans, a shirt and my leather jacket. Kick-boxing and swimming. I practice as often as possible, but not every day, the body also needs rest. ?! (Something to do with your "plate") A lot of sushi and fish. And when I do a detox, I run to the Liquiteria in NY, for their smoothies, fruit juices and their fresh vegetables and healthy snacks. A place to relax? I go to Great Jones Spa in N.Y. to get a detox mud wrap. The skin is sublime after that. ?! (Something to do with 'what's in your wake?' - or 'what do you smell of?' I guess ) Narciso Rodriguez 'for her'. I go crazy for the oil above all. If they stop making it I will cry! When I'm short of Narcissus I wear Chanel 'Chance'. The best beauty advice you have been given? Always wear sunscreen even if it's sunny (weather permitting). It's my mother who taught me that. She is 53, and I hope to be like her with time.
