People Magazine's Most Beautiful Mandy made this year's People Magazine World's Most Beautiful Issue. The magazine is naming a different beauty each day for a week leading up to the reveal of the World's Most Beautiful Woman on Wednesday, April 19.
Wow. Never come across this beauty before. Will definitely have to bookmark this thread as Jessica is one to watch here in the future. Absolutely stunning.
