She's thinner because of scoliosis? What in the actual fuck Is Martha aware that scoliosis is a curvature of the spine not a cocaine inspired diet and excessive workout program? I had it severely enough that I needed surgery and even at my tiniest weight the only thing scoliosis managed to do is make me look a little lopsided through my waist because one hip was a tad higher than the other as a result of how my spine curved at two different places... Now there is a slight risk of of bone density loss due to osteoporosis as a complication to the scoliosis but at Martha's age it would be highly unlikely she would come down with it. Scoliosis isn't going to make her thighs look thinner, nor is it going to make her sternum so visible a fireman could climb it, scoliosis also isn't going to make her look gaunt Martha can say scoliosis is the reason she looks the way she does but I'm calling 1000% bullshit on the highest level of bullshit.

Day 1: I didn't really feel any hunger sensations throughout the day, all and all a good day! Day 2: Starting to feel my stomach churning a little, but it's manageable....
