Anyone any idea who this might be from Phase Eight and Jenny Packham. I am pretty sure I have come across her on the board of an agency and that I even follow her thread here, but I just can't find it. I have a feeling she might be Danish or from another Nordic country.

Can someone identify this model ?

...I did a Google image search for this already but none of the results were fashion-related so that didn't help. In an ideal world, I'd like to know the month/year, photographer and magazine (if any). Also, any advice on how to further investigate this myself, if anyone has any ideas. This seems like an impossible task...
