March 6, 200916 yr She might be the best SI model ever (at least in the top 5) I wonder why she wasn't in the 40th anniversary hall of fame photo. She's a Christian mother who's the head of a big family-orientated business. Kathy was not only one of the best models in SI she's held pretty officially as the " most popular" due to the sells of her covers etc, so I can only imagine Kathy's not being in the 40th ann issue was a choice made on the part of Miss Ireland herself.
