September 15, 20231 yr I didn't know that Cyberpunk 2077 had flying cars since 2022! They also added a train service in the game.
September 17, 20231 yr Advanced games coming to the Iphone. I wonder how the games will be controlled.
September 17, 20231 yr I like this fanart of Ciri as Witcher. The costume looks more serious than what she was wearing in W3. I wonder if they will use her in Witcher 4?

Recent stuff I have seen from the game looks great but they lost all of that good will by releasing the game when it was clearly not yet ready. Why do these companies keep on doing that?

Given how long it has taken CDPR to fix Cyberpunk it appears that the game was released maybe up to 2 years too early. Gaming companies are frequently over-promising and failing to make deadlines. The development cycle has become very long. It seems that using CDPR's engine to develop Cyberpunk was a serious mistake that cost them a lot of time and money.

But the video is a bit weird. I spend hours on the game I now know that Paladin is my favorite class, but there are still tons of things I want to try and explore!

Shareholder's pressure. It's not that they're "evil", but they don't understand jack sh*** on the gaming industry. It's probably a decision that was taken in a board room with a Larry Fink (or some goon of the same ilk) who thinks he understands everything, but can't recognize the douchebag he is when he looks in a mirror...

I don't understand how they don't get how this is super-damaging to the brand of the developer. CDPR went from being such a trusted dev that people would buy anything they release to the dev that put out a crap version of Cyberpunk 2077 on launch. I guess they don't see the value of that pristine reputation, or how hard it is to repair once it is damaged. Take Larian, I'm pretty sure that whatever game they put out next, fans of BG3 will line up to buy it. You can't pay for that kind of bank-ability. So why waste it just to rush a game out to market prematurely?
September 20, 20231 yr Phantom Liberty got good reviews. It is apparently very long like the W3 expansions. Reviewers are claiming that it is 50, 40 hours long. so in a way it's like Cyberpunk 2.

It's either because the big shareholders (or funding partners) don't care about the company (they just want to milk it as fast as they can), or, because they're dumb (or both). Take Larry Fink (the guy that wants to "force behavior"). He thinks he's a genius, but he's quite mediocre. Buffett and Munger are way smarter than him. Fink doesn't understand humans and it seems that sometimes he doesn't even understand himself. There are toi many people like Fink in positions of power.
September 22, 20231 yr @Enrico_sw @SympathysSilhouette She is possibly the most facially beautiful cosplayer I've ever seen. At least in the top 5. I think she is my favorite Ciri cosplayer. She looks like Ciri but with less angular features. She may be the closet Triss cosplayer. I can only think of 1 other cosplayer for Triss that could be just as good. She lives in France. Not sure if she is french though. Ciri cosplay photo shoot - witcher post - Imgur The Darkest Tale - YouTube

I was never a huge fan of cosplay. I wonder if she can finance all her costumes, make up and setups with her youtube views. It seems like a costly hobby, but I'm not completely sure of the cost. I'd say that if her sword and metal pieces are real, it probably costs around around 500 to a 1000 € per costume (but it's just a guess). She seems to have an Eastern accent when she speaks English. If you have a video where she speaks French, I can instantly tell you if she's French or not (foreign accents are easy to detect).

I don't know much about her, but her witcher short appeared on my algorithm and it appears that most of her videos are shorts. It seems like she really likes the cosplay as a hobby and brought it onto youtube later on. She has a mock up of Ciri's sword too and does Viking stuff among others.
